Senior Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design function across multiple major projects.

  • Develop and implement effective design strategies
  • Maintain high-quality design delivery and ensure strategic alignment
  • Lead and mentor design teams to drive success
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver project goals
  • Plan and track resources to achieve project objectives
  • Evaluate and manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Cultivate technical partnerships and coordinate project integration
  • Monitor project costs and provide budgetary support

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in Electrical Engineering discipline
  • Significant experience in Renewable Energy, Power, or Electricity sectors
  • At least 10 years' experience in Design Management, specifically in Renewable Energy and HV projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera is an asset
