Senior Industry Engagement Events Coordinator

The Senior Coordinator, Industry Engagement Events will be responsible for planning and executing events to foster engagement with internal stakeholders, including students, researchers, professional staff and alumni, as well as external industry stakeholders.
This role involves supporting the creation and delivery of seminars, workshops, conferences, community events, programs promotion and other engagement activities across multiple sites and digitally.
- The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the Industry Engagement Team, and across the Research and Industry Engagement portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and deliver industry engagement events
- Support event logistics and post-event reporting and analysis
- Work with stakeholders to develop and coordinate seminars, workshops and other events
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in event management or a related field
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to travel to various locations
