Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and forward-thinking CFO to drive financial strategy and execution across accounting, revenue operations, and corporate finance. This global leadership role will oversee financial strategy and execution in Australia, the United States, and Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-developing key strategies with the CEO and executive leaders to drive operational efficiencies and improvements for profitable revenue growth through effective cost management and revenue optimization initiatives.

They will also be responsible for overseeing the financial operating system, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, processes, frameworks, and tools, fostering scalable and intelligent growth.

Furthermore, the CFO will ensure effective internal controls are in place, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Proven success as a Senior Finance leader or Controller in a highly successful, high-growth SaaS / software company at scale, with deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and revenue recognition
