  • Work closely with hardware engineers to select and implement devices, recommending pin-out mapping where necessary.

  • Promote Refactoring to Patterns, Design Patterns, Database Normalization, and Object-Oriented Programming among team members.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training and work experience.
  2. Minimum 8 years of programming experience in Software and Firmware Development, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
