A Day in the Life of a Stage 1 Site Manager

As a Stage 1 Site Manager with ABN Group, you'll be responsible for overseeing all works from project inception to base completion. You'll ensure that every aspect of the project meets engineering and permit requirements, guaranteeing top-notch quality and compliance.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily site inspections to guarantee progress and identify potential issues
  • E nsure all jobs are completed within agreed build timeframes
  • Supervise subcontractors to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate activities to achieve a high level of cleanliness and meet HSE standards
  • Undertake thorough checklist inspections and rectification works as needed
  • Ensure Building Surveyor & QA Inspections are carried out and approved
  • Verify slab pour stages for compliance
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an exceptional individual who can interpret building plans, engineers reports, and specifications. You should have a solid understanding of concrete and stage 1 construction, along with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
