As a Financial Coordinator at Levande Pty, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of resident contracts, including preparation, review, and facilitation of contract exchanges.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing estimated and final exit entitlement calculations, managing settlements, and ensuring timely refunds for departing residents.

Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to manage complex financial and contract processes, while your customer-centric approach will ensure a positive experience for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare estimated and final exit entitlement calculations, manage settlements, and ensure timely refunds for departing residents.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, financial, WH&S, and regulatory requirements, identifying and escalating risks as needed.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams, including Village Managers, sales teams, and legal representatives, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process enhancements in contract management.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A background in conveyancing, law, or legal administration (experience in a law firm is highly desirable).
  • Experience with PEXA and DocuSign for digital contract and settlement processing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage complex financial and contract processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
