About the Role:
You'll provide exceptional customer service with premium products, contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets as part of a high-performing team, process large volumes of stock efficiently, pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders accurately, assist in maintaining in-store operations, and maintain a positive attitude at all times to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service with our premium products.
- Contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets as part of a dynamic team.
- Efficiently process large volumes of stock.
- Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders accurately.
- Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Be available full-time from mid-November to mid-February, specifically weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
- Have previous retail experience, but not essential.
- Commit to providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Be passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture.
- Excel in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
- Be self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
