Sales Development Representative

WOW Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in the building construction industry. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound leads and driving growth for our client's Sales team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Qualify leads from our databases and intranet channels to identify potential projects and opportunities.
- Understand our partners' business needs and project drivers to provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of projects through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
**Requirements:**
- 1-3 years of experience in field or inside sales, preferably in the building or FMCG sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
