Key responsibilities include:

\
  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Recording and documenting activity, adhering to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Required skills and qualifications include:

\
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and make placements resulting in sustainable and lasting employment;
  • Desire to be part of a broader team, believing in promoting human potential;
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
