Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil/Earthworks Supervisor to oversee daily project activities, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.

This role will cover various projects, including civil works, earthworks, and mining operations in the Pilbara region. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with onsite teams, allocate labor, schedule equipment, and manage materials effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to achieve technical and quality standards safely.
  • Coordinate scheduling, labor allocation, plant, equipment, and material management for all projects.
  • Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and productivity among team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil, earthworks, and/or mining operations.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and manage multiple work crews simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

  • An hourly rate of $70-$80 per hour + superannuation benefits.
  • Weekly pay and a FIFO - 2:1 roster from Perth.
