  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and control costs while monitoring financial performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and repeat business.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Maintain and grow relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of stock.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all operations meet regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing automotive or related businesses. Key qualifications include:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive, tyre or retail sectors.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of tyre products, services and industry trends is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills are also essential.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing budgets effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Qualifications: Relevant business or management qualifications are advantageous.
