- Professional Qualifications: ICT industry professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM/Agile, ITSM) and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Business Applications Experience: 5+ years of Business Applications management experience working in a client-focused environment for mid-market to Enterprise level customers.
- Project Delivery Methodologies: Working understanding and experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Experience delivering projects across Microsoft 365, ITSM Service Desk Tool, and supporting infrastructure and configuration.
- Commercial Experience: Commercial experience with the ability to interpret and appropriately apply commercial and contract obligations.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and tasks, with excellent time management skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize to meet conflicting demands.
- Risk Management: Proven ability to manage uncertainty and risk.
- Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply attention to detail and the judgment and experience to know when to apply it.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills, with an ability to present and communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely.
- Relationship Management: Proven relationship management, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Technical Proficiency: A high level of proficiency or expertise in the use of Microsoft Project, Collaboration Tools such as Teams, MS 365/Office applications, and Information Security Manual (ISM) principles.
- Establishment/Machinery of Government Changes: Experience in establishment/Machinery of Government Changes (Highly Desirable).
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a Baseline Security Level Clearance in process.
