The Role

Keilor East Leisure Centre is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to lead our Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, Boxing, RPM/Spin, and Aqua Fitness classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-energy and engaging group fitness classes to diverse groups of participants
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our class programs and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
  • Collaborate with our team to promote our classes and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in group fitness instruction

Requirements:

A Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent qualificationCurrent fitness registration and certification in relevant group fitness programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAvailability to work evenings and weekends
