We're seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Shepparton, VIC. As a key member of the #GhandaGang, you'll enjoy:

A day in the life

As a Retail Store Manager, you'll have direct responsibility for:

  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 30 team members
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About you

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
  • A customer-first approach, who nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
  • Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
