Job Title

Strategic Business Leader: Strategy & Performance Specialist.

The role of a Strategic Business Leader is pivotal in providing expert guidance and analysis to drive the Fund's strategic growth and expansion. This position involves long-term strategic planning, commercial analysis, and industry trend identification to ensure the Fund remains competitive and resilient in an ever-changing market.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a corporate strategy for mergers and acquisitions
  • Ensuring the Fund Strategy remains fit for purpose through market and industry cycles and changes
  • Creating a rolling three-year Strategic Plan for the Fund
  • Implementing the Fund's Strategic Planning Process and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a strategy, commerce, finance, business, or related field
  • Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management (highly desirable)
  • RG146 (desired)

Key skills required are experience developing commercial strategies, organisation-wide business planning, reporting, and analysis frameworks, as well as high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and networking abilities.

Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status is required.
