We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our students
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs that meet the needs of our students and the community
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in swimming instruction and water safety

Requirements

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) certification
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • National Police Check upon onboarding
  • Current Swim Certificate
  • Swim Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
  • Swim Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (desirable)
