Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Goodstart Early Learning Centre in Maroochydore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our Teachers and Educators, building strong relationships with children, families, and communities.

• Deliver High-Quality Education Programs: Implement our bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice, to provide a world-class education for our children.
• Lead and Develop a Talented Team: Build and encourage a skilled team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
• Drive Business Growth: Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services, with a focus on delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
