About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Bonds Outlet Perth Airport store during the Christmas period.

This is a casual role, requiring flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods. The successful candidate will be required to work from November 2024 to January 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and assisting them in locating items.
  • Ensure the store remains visually appealing by replenishing stock and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Create a magical shopping experience for customers during the festive season.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive induction and training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

  • You are a people person, with the confidence to engage in conversations with customers and provide a memorable shopping experience.
  • You are able to multitask, juggling multiple priorities and focusing on what matters most.
  • You are able to manage your time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment with confidence.
  • You are adaptable and proactive, with the ability to show initiative, problem-solve, and ask questions when needed.
