Expert ICT Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT acquisition specialist to coordinate and undertake ICT procurement activities, build stakeholder relationships, and prepare reports and proposals.

The successful candidate will be flexible, organised, and able to multitask with a keen eye for detail. They will be offered an initial 6 month contract along with a 6 month extension option partnered with a rewarding hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build on key stakeholder relationships within and outside the agency
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, submissions, and proposal papers as required
  • Coordinate and undertake ICT procurement activities under broad direction

Requirements:

  • Experience in a procurement role in the Commonwealth is highly regarded but not essential
  • Flexibility and organisation with the ability to multitask
  • Adaptability to change and a collaborative team member who enjoys working in a client-focused environment
