The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in our success

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Customer Service: delivering outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team Management: leading, training, and motivating a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Financial Management: managing store finances, including inventory control, stock management, and cash handling
  • Presentation: maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including visual merchandising and store displays
  • Operations: ensuring efficient store operations, including administrative tasks, stock takes, and customer transactions

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and customers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume stock environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A strong understanding of the fashion industry and a passion for our brand, Colette by Colette Hayman
