Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Coles Express, you will be the face of our business and play a critical role in ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to all customers, responding promptly and professionally to their queries and concerns.
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the station team to ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while promoting monthly specials and products to drive sales.
  • Ensuring our safety standards are met at all times, by following set instructions and taking proactive steps to prevent accidents.
  • Delivering excellent site presentation and stock management, to ensure the store looks its best at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences, demonstrated through your enthusiasm, energy and pace.
  • The ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends.
  • Physical fitness to lift and move heavy objects as required.
