
Strategic Director of Education Reform

This is a pivotal leadership role in the early childhood education sector, requiring an inspiring and collaborative leader to drive reform and improve outcomes for children.
The successful candidate will have a background in social policy reform and/or service design and delivery, with a strong understanding of the early childhood education reform agenda in Victoria.
The key responsibilities of this role include leading ambitious initiatives to make Victoria the Education State, demonstrating direct community impact through work, and leveraging expertise to inform policy development and service program design.
As a seasoned leader, you will be adept at navigating complex public sector contexts, building high-performing teams, and delivering results in challenging environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
