Infrastructure Development Specialist

Civil Engineers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure by designing and executing projects that ensure quality, safety, and compliance with Australian Industry Standards.
The key to success lies in effectively managing construction activities, ensuring design specifications are met, and adhering to stringent safety standards. Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, subcontractors, and clients, is crucial for project success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in constructing road projects, including drainage systems, bulk earthworks, foundations, and utilities.
- Liaise with site Foreman and Engineers to achieve maximum outputs.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project outcomes.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Evaluate project compliance with regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Desirable experience with Tier 2 contractors in Australia, particularly on transport projects in New South Wales.
- Pavement and utilities experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering design.
- Strong understanding of Australian Road Standards & Specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
