**Job Description**

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Merchandise Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contributing to the continued sales growth of the store by effectively executing company merchandising objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

">
  • Deliver merchandising excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
  • Coordinating the day to day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives
  • Contribute to the brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality Merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere
  • You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc) or Operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc)
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail
