About the Role

Catch is seeking a highly skilled Freight Transformation Manager to drive the development and implementation of our transportation strategy. This is a key role in our logistics team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transportation strategy that aligns with Catch's business objectives
  • Lead the design and implementation of the Delivered by Catch (DBC) program, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement
  • Analyze transport data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior operations managers to understand the impact of transportation on fulfillment center efficiency and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Manage contract compliance and negotiate with carriers to achieve optimal pricing and service levels
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transportation performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field (e.g., engineering, business, logistics, supply chain)
  • 6+ years of experience in logistics and/or freight analysis in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL
  • Proven track record of delivering short- and long-term projects with complex analyses and recommendations
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including Excel, Tableau, and SQL
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
