We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative products.
Based in our retail partner store, you will work closely with our Area Manager to achieve sales targets and provide a 5-star service to our customers. You will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday, and will be responsible for:
- Delivering hands-on demonstrations of our products, highlighting their unique benefits and features.
- Meeting individual sales targets and delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising in the store, ensuring our products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
- Building strong relationships with store management and staff.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of retail principles, including visual merchandising and sales targets. You will also have a keen interest in technology and be able to communicate complex information simply.
You will have:
- Availability for permanent weekend work.
- Customer service and/or sales experience.
- Experience within a premium retail environment is advantageous.
- A confident approach and a friendly, engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate complex information simply.
- Ability to work independently.
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Determination, passion, and drive for results.
