Job Title: Bus Transport Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to transport residents to various destinations, enhancing their overall wellbeing in the Eastern suburbs.

This role involves driving an 18-seat bus, operating lifts, and ensuring the safety of residents. The ideal candidate will have a warm and reliable demeanor, along with a Light Rigid driving license and experience in a similar role.

About You:
  • Able to build strong relationships within the organization and residents
  • Knowledge of the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne (preferred)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transporting residents to entertainment, shopping, and recreational venues
  • Operating lifts and ensuring resident safety
  • Administration including maintenance and logbook documentation
  • Providing meaningful experiences for residents
