Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Borg Manufacturing. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems, including machinery and equipment, to meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time permanent position that requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical systems, including machinery and equipment, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems are designed and implemented to meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical drawings, and operation manuals.
- Conduct site visits to inspect and maintain mechanical systems, and to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mechanical engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong background in mechanical design, including experience with CAD software and other design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
