Law Firm Clerkship Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious and motivated law students who are eager to begin their career with a dynamic, collaborative and growing law firm.
Clerkship Program OverviewThe program is designed to provide clerks with hands-on experience, training, coaching and observation. Throughout the four-week period, you will become an integral member of your team, working closely with partners and clients.
- Attend client meetings and conferences
- Observe court proceedings and hearings
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
- Develop technical skills in areas such as drafting, due diligence and disclosure
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and continuing professional development programs
You will be supported by a supervising partner, their team and a mentor. The corporate services department will also be available to assist throughout the program.
Clerks are encouraged to participate in firm social events and networking opportunities. Students who complete a clerkship with the firm will be eligible to be considered for a position in the next Graduate Program.
