The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our park. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs
  • Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
  • Supplying guests with information regarding the property and local areas of interest
  • Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • A current driver's license is essential
