Job Title: Shopfitter Apprenticeship

About Us:

Apprenticeship Central is a leading provider of carpentry and cabinet making services. With over 20 years of experience, we offer workmanship for the domestic and commercial markets. Our in-house design team, CNC machine, and qualified carpenters and cabinet makers ensure that we can bring your vision to life.

Job Role:

As a Shopfitter Apprentice, you will be responsible for assembling counters, workstations, and other internal fittings. You will also order parts and materials, use tools to create custom furniture, communicate with a network of professionals, and install fittings in homes and businesses. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to be physically fit, reliable, and a team player. You will also need to have good communication skills, show initiative, and have good math and English skills. A white card and a reliable vehicle are also required. If you have any experience in the industry, it will be an advantage. You must be willing to learn and take on new challenges. If you are a hard worker and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble counters, workstations, and other internal fittings
  • Order parts and materials for these fittings
  • Use tools to create custom furniture for the project
  • Communicate with a network of professionals
  • Manufacturing in the Warehouse
  • Installations in homes and/or Businesses
