Makeup Artistry Training Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and skilled makeup artist with a passion for education and training to join the M.A.C Cosmetics team as an Education Executive.

The Education Executive will be responsible for coaching and developing the makeup artists, conducting in-classroom training programs and workshops, as well as virtual training sessions.

Reporting to the Regional Education Manager, the Education Executive will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster cooperative relationships and achieve results-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty industry, with experience in teaching or training.

Key qualifications include:

  • Confident public speaking and group facilitation skills
  • Ability to teach in various settings, including in-classroom, virtually, and in-store
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
