We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced handyman/gardener to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a casual position that involves maintaining the safe and reliable availability of equipment and facilities for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the resort's equipment and facilities to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Creating a positive image of the resort through impeccable maintenance and presentation
  • Completing daily maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the extensive rainforest garden
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Responding promptly to urgent repair requests and resolving issues efficiently
  • Inspecting and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition

Key Qualifications Include:

  • A strong background in maintenance and repairs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proven track record of performing maintenance and upkeep in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
