Job Title: Senior Consultant, Business Management
The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management for Global Fund Services APAC. The successful candidate will lead in the development of strategic and long-term plans, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate with senior leaders in other locations and lines of business.
- Organize and facilitate leadership team activities, including staff meetings, planning meetings, site visits, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate organizational messaging, including flash reports, MIS reports, business partner updates, and ad-hoc presentations.
- Develop effective presentations and business update materials suitable for stakeholders, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Ops Managers to ensure teams are staffed appropriately, develop business cases for staffing changes, and represent location strategy initiatives.
- Provide change leadership for broad organizational initiatives and operate as an internal consultant to improve business performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A seasoned multi-disciplinary background with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, influencing and relationship-building abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Cost management experience, including budget preparation and expense monitoring for large functions.
- The ability to collaborate across lines of business and work with central/corporate organizations, building a strong network.
- Expert Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
