Job Title: Customer Service Bus Driver
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and customer service-focused individual to drive our courtesy bus and assist with reception duties at Panthers Port Macquarie.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive members and guests to and from the Club using a portable navigation system;
- Upkeep and care of the bus;
- Ensure the safety, care, and duty of members and guests;
- Sign in members and guests;
- Report any incidents;
- Answer phone enquiries;
- Process club membership;
- Ensure the safety and security of patrons;
- Assist with general cleaning duties when not required on the bus.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- High standard of personal grooming and presentation;
- Fantastic communication skills;
- Current and valid RSA, First Aid, Full Australian driver's license;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Understanding of the area.
