Employment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our employment services team.

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with employers, job seekers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful employment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the employment services sector and be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining employer networks
  • Providing guidance and support to job seekers
  • Identifying and assessing employment opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program outcomes

The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
