Role Overview

As a restaurant and bar attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities include taking and processing orders accurately, recommending food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:
  • To take and process orders efficiently, confirming with the guest for clarity.
  • Be well-versed in current menus and beverage lists, actively engaging in upselling and making recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, meeting hygiene standards and striving to exceed them.
  • Efficiently set up and pack down venues serviced.
Requirements

For this role, we are seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and fluency in the English language. A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.

Applicants should have a friendly persona, able to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner reflecting the high level of service expected of our brand.
