We are seeking a highly skilled disputes lawyer to join our busy and dynamic construction disputes practice in Melbourne. As an Associate, you will have carriage of matters and be responsible for engaging with clients, working with senior lawyers, and providing guidance and leadership to junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
* Provide guidance and leadership to junior members of the team
* Engage with clients and work with senior lawyers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

* Minimum 2-5 years PQE
* Experience in construction disputes
* Good advocacy skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
