**Senior Medical Officer Position in Regional Queensland**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Officer to join our team in Regional Queensland. As a Staff Specialist/Senior Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical and non-clinical services to patients/clients of Integrated Care Services.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Advanced medical degree or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the relevant medical board.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a regional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
