We are seeking an experienced Café Team Member to join our dynamic team in Fremantle, Western Australia.

About the Role

This is a casual position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while developing new skills. As an all-rounder barista, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences during busy periods by being mindful of customers in line and efficiently cleaning tables for the next group
  • Assisting with making desserts and beverages
  • Stocking up and maintaining the café's cleanliness during quiet periods

You will be part of a multi-skilled team and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in hospitality
  • Barista experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and weekdays
