Facility Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Management Specialist to oversee the planning, execution and tracking of multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive mechanical and electrical designs for new data centres
  • Ensure that electrical and mechanical loads are designed with proper redundancy and reliability
  • Manage the commissioning of electrical installations to meet industry standards
  • Conduct thorough bid processes and recommend suitable bidders
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure timely invoicing validation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in managing complex projects simultaneously
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in developing mechanical and electrical designs for data centres
  • Strong knowledge of data centre critical infrastructure functionality and systems
