We are seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join our team at ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for completing all work assigned to you by a nominated Leading hand/supervisor within reasonable timeframes and to a high standard using the established standard manufacturing procedures and safe operating procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Cladding – metal door skins and trims, laminates, acrovyn
- Press – gluing and pressing of door skins to assembled frames/cores
- Finishing benches – painting, sanding, final preparation, vision panel and vent installation
- Able to work to business Safety and Quality standards.
- Cost, achieving shift targets and KPI's (key performance indicators)
- Ability to work unsupervised and both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Good written and numeracy skills, high attention to detail.
- Understanding work flow and material consumption/waste.
- Work close to home
