As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and streamlining service operations within our dynamic automotive service environment.

  • This is a Permanent Full Time position within a supportive workplace.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service needs.
  • Coordinating service bookings, managing repair orders, and updating customers on repair status.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service, follow-ups, and prompt communication.
  • Collaborating with the Workshop Foreman to optimize service operations.

We are working with the largest automotive dealer in the Northern Territory, established for over 20 years and renowned for providing personalized service when purchasing and servicing new or used vehicles.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Deadline-driven
  • Industry and product knowledge
  • Maintain and achieve all Manufacturers training workshops for compliance

A suitable salary for this position is estimated at $72,500 - $82,500 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the location of Darwin, Northern Territory.
