Chandler Macleod are recruiting an officer for a short contract with a Local government Client located near Hornsby. This is a great opportunity where you will gain knowledge, training and development opportunities to further develop your career.

**About the Role:**

Reporting initially to the Manager Community Development, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Promoting community facilities tennis courts parks and community programs.
- Acting as the first point of contact for booking enquiries transactions and action requests
- Effectively managing booking and program enquiries.
- Providing professional customer service to internal and external customers

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (bookings administrative/clerical office work community or recreation)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Current Class C Driver's licence
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word Excel Powerpoint Outlook Teams) and bookings systems/programs
