Dynamic Social Media and Content Creator Role

Our client, a leading Content & Monetisation VOD Network, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Content Creator to join their team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a deep understanding of current trends across various platforms.

This role involves managing multiple social media accounts for different channel brands, specifically in the LGBTQI+ and movie entertainment spaces. The successful candidate will create engaging content, manage community interactions, and collaborate with content creators to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Social Media Strategies: Create and implement tailored strategies for various brands in line with their goals and audience.
  • Content Creation: Produce and manage engaging content, primarily on TikTok and other platforms.
  • Community Management: Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster positive interaction.
  • Collaborate with Creators: Work with content creators to develop viral content and negotiate terms.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and use insights to boost engagement.
  • Content Promotion: Assist in promoting content, working towards clear KPIs and optimizing ROI.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and others.
  • Video editing skills and experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Proven track record in creating engaging content and working with creators.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
  • Experience with influencers and social media analytics tools.
  • Managing multiple brands' social media accounts.
