We are seeking a Design Director to lead the creative vision and direction of our seasonal collections. As the creative force behind our brand, you will conceptualize and develop innovative designs that align with our aesthetic while pushing boundaries to set new trends in the industry.


The successful candidate will oversee the entire design process, from initial concept sketches to final product realization, ensuring each style reflects our commitment to modern elegance and functionality.


In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and production, to ensure a cohesive brand vision and seamless execution.


You will manage a talented design team, guiding them through the design process and fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.


Salary:


The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
