We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at the John L Grove Unit. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with various rehabilitation needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse and under the direction of a registered nurse/midwife.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Work closely with the rehabilitation physician to ensure high-quality medical care for patients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Holds a Board-approved qualification in the administration of medicines.
- Current and valid registration/licences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of $68,913 to $75,902 pro rata per annum.
