Lives Lived Well is seeking a passionate and experienced AOD Clinician to join our team in Townsville. As an AOD Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals aged 12+ who are engaged in problematic substance use.

• Provide engagement, assessment, counselling, and support services to clients using evidence-based practice principles.
• Work with a caseload of clients to help them overcome their problematic substance use.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local youth services and stakeholders.
• Conduct intake and assessment processes to identify client needs and develop individualized plans.
• Maintain accurate data and records using CRM systems.

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work or Psychology.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
• Culturally safe and appropriate work practices.
• Emotionally mature, patient, and resilient.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
