About the Role

Talent Quarter PTY Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Perth, WA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services to our paediatric and adolescent clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients and develop intervention plans to support their social, language, physical, emotional, and behavioural development and learning.
  • Provide support to clients in both clinic and community-based settings, working collaboratively with other Allied Health professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records of their treatment plans.
  • Participate in case conferences and liaise with external agencies and consultants as required.
  • Deliver services in an ethical and accountable manner, adhering to our company's values and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Occupational Therapy.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and full general registration with AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the needs of paediatric and adolescent clients.
  • Current police clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and NDIS worker check.
  • Current driving licence and full Australian working rights.
