At Inchcape, we're seeking a skilled and passionate Automotive Technician to join our team at Subaru Sydney, Narellan. As a key member of our service centre, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert servicing and maintenance of vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and our high standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Complete all work to the highest standards, meeting manufacturer repair times and our quality expectations.
- Road test vehicles to ensure exceptional performance and safety.
- Accurately complete and sign off on vehicle servicing logbooks.
- Conduct quality checks on all work, ensuring our high standards are met.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence.
